Guests consistently praise the spacious and cozy rooms, many highlighting the comfortable beds. The hotel's proximity to Ripley Castle, with its free garden entrance, is a definite bonus for many, as is the hotel's location in the beautiful and fascinating Ripley estate village. Dining is often mentioned positively, especially the delicious and varied breakfast options, though some have noted that lunch choices, like burgers, didn't quite meet expectations.
